Job summary

Nhcoregon seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations across clinic and administrative sites in Portland, OR. You will ensure a safe, compliant environment that supports high-quality patient care and reliable infrastructure.

Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance via CMMS, space planning, vendor contracts, and safety/OSHA programs, while coordinating with leadership, IT, and external partners to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent in facilities, safety, or related field.
• 2+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience with multi-site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations for all clinic and administrative locations.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and asset tracking via CMMS.
• Coordinate space planning, clinic refreshes, and small capital projects.
• Conduct safety rounds, inspections, and ensure infection-control requirements.
• Support OSHA compliance and emergency preparedness.
• Collaborate with leadership, IT, and vendors to maintain operations.
