Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible facilities management experience, supervising technical staff.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing a diverse workforce and accountability.
• Experience managing large capital projects and operating budgets.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for Facilities Operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and optimization of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Lead asset management, capital planning, and lifecycle replacement programs.
• Manage projects including renovations, installations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Lead staff development, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Advance energy management and sustainability across museum facilities.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management across facilities.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and on-call response.
