Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of Facilities Management experience.
• Experience with MEP, building maintenance, and basic carpentry knowledge.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coordinate contractors.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly building reports for executives.
• Supervise contractors and vendors in the building.
• Manage day-to-day building operations.
• Develop and monitor the facilities budget.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and inspections (fire, sanitation).
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems, and maintenance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and conference room scheduling.
• Assist with agency events and access control.
