Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead the engineering teams across multiple facilities in Arizona, focusing on safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation of mechanical and electrical systems. Qualifications

• 10+ years of facility-related work experience including leadership and supervisory roles
• 5+ years managing multi-site operations or large engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of maintenance processes, planning, execution and project management
• Advanced exposure to HVAC, pumps, piping, mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency with MS Office, CMMS and operations analytics tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills with budget and cost optimization experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee refrigeration, HVAC, boilers and mechanical systems across multiple facilities
• Manage operations managers, engineers and maintenance staff; hire, train and evaluate performance
• Develop and implement strategic facilities operations plans aligned with client goals
• Oversee procurement, inventory, vendor contracts and cost optimization
• Ensure safety, compliance and documentation; lead safety audits and training
