Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facility Manager in Phoenix to lead operational excellence at manufacturing facilities. You will oversee building systems, manage capital projects, and coordinate with leadership and vendors to drive efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Role requires deep facilities management experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and travel across multiple sites. Onsite work with first-shift hours and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing capital projects and maintenance programs.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems and CMMS implementation and utilization.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and facility management software with the ability to present to executives.
• Valid driver's license; travel between sites across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned manufacturing facilities and building systems.
• Use CMMS to schedule work orders and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, variances, and capital expenditures.
• Identify and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
• Plan and execute approved capital projects and renovations on time and budget.
• Lead and develop the facility management team.
