JLL is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership for engineering teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of building systems across multiple facilities in the Mesa area. You will drive reliability programs, oversee maintenance, and mentor engineering staff.

The role requires deep technical know-how in HVAC and mechanical systems, plus strong leadership and client relationship management to align with client objectives and organizational goals.

Formación

• 10+ years facility-related work experience including customer service, leadership, and supervisory experience in a senior managerial capacity.
• 5+ years managing multi-site operations or supervising operations managers and large engineering teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes with deep understanding of construction planning, execution, and project management.
• Advanced exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, CMMS systems, and operational analytics tools.
• Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven record of excellent internal and external customer service at all organizational levels.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and cost optimization experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor refrigeration, cooling, HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps, and electrical systems across multiple facilities.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance programs and ensure safety compliance.
• Supervise operations managers, engineers, and maintenance staff including hiring and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategic facilities operations plans aligned with client goals.
• Oversee procurement strategies, vendor relationships, contracts, and inventory optimization.
• Manage CFWA processes and ensure compliance and staff understanding.
• Lead safety training, audits, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Build relationships between client and JLL at executive levels and guide incident escalation.
• Mentor staff through hands-on instruction and training.
• Lead continuous improvement, analyze metrics, and prepare executive-level reports.
• Manage budgets, forecast capex, and optimize resource allocation.
