JLL is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership over the engineering teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of building systems across multiple facilities in the Phoenix area.

You will mentor staff, drive reliability programs, manage budgets, and foster a culture of safety and excellence while building strong client relationships at executive levels.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of facility-related work with leadership and supervisory experience.
• 5+ years managing multi-site operations or large engineering teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes and project management.
• Advanced exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, CMMS systems, and operational analytics tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external customer service.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and cost optimization.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and maintain refrigeration, cooling and HVAC equipment and related systems across facilities.
• Supervise operations managers, engineers, and maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement strategic facilities operations plans aligned with client goals.
• Oversee parts and procurement strategies and vendor relationships.
• Oversee contractor activities and CFWA processes with staff and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and administer safety training and audits.
• Maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation for regulatory requirements.
• Build strategic client relationships and provide executive direction.
• Provide mentorship and leadership development to staff.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and present reports to leadership.
• Manage budgets and forecast capital expenditures.
