Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a results-driven Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, safety programs, vendor management, and performance of commercial facilities. You will manage budgets, conduct preventive maintenance, and coordinate on capital projects to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and a track record in managing complex properties, with deep knowledge of CMMS, building systems, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field required.
• 5–7 years of commercial high‑rise, campus or portfolio management experience required.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and property operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering and site services.
• Manage contracts, review invoices and ensure pricing alignment.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior properties.
• Coordinate budgets, financial reports, and purchase orders.
• Develop and monitor annual budget, reforecast and five‑year capital plan.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
