Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and manage the facilities organization at a multi-building campus. You will ensure day-to-day operations, oversee contracts, budgets, and tenant satisfaction, and drive safety and efficiency in alignment with client goals.

The role requires managing capital projects, leveraging CMMS, and coordinating with vendors and staff to maintain high-quality properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of commercial high-rise, campus or property portfolio management experience.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other training or certifications valued.
• Proficient in reading contracts and building management systems; strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across multiple buildings or campuses.
• Manage contracts, ensure proper bidding, and verify invoices against pricing.
• Lead maintenance programs and tenant-request responses for timely resolution.
• Maintain and review site documentation, budgets, and financial reports.
• Coordinate annual budgets, reforecasts, and five-year capital plans.
• Hire, train, and evaluate facility staff; enforce safety and reporting standards.
• Monitor insurance compliance and coordinate claims when needed.
