Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team overseeing building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of small to medium sites. The role focuses on managing projects across North America while supporting operations, capital planning, and client initiatives.

You will supervise staff and vendors, manage project timelines and budgets, and drive workplace transformations and sustainability efforts. Strong PM and leadership skills are essential in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in facilities management or related field.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, performance measurement, and retention is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and numerical/financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to staff and oversight of vendors, contractors, consultants and project service providers, including performance coaching.
• Schedule and manage team activities, set schedules and deadlines, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead facility-related projects across North America including renovations, upgrades, site launches/closures, and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, communication plans, and implementation strategies.
• Maintain client relationships and manage capital projects and budgets.
