Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations at a flagship client site comprising two buildings and roughly 500,000 square feet. This role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and a high-touch service delivery approach.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and a proactive focus on continuous improvement in facilities operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Facility Management certification (IFMA, BOMA) preferred.
• Proven experience in budget management and variance reporting.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, development, and retention strategies.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership abilities and cross-functional alignment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facilities management across 500,000 sq ft across two buildings.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular meetings.
• Plan, manage large-scale capital projects and operating budgets with variance reporting.
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions.
• Develop and enforce environmental health and safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor relationships, invoicing, and purchase orders.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and development for staff.
• Set schedules, assign tasks, and track deadlines.
