C&W Services (S) in Boston is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of the campus, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, and general maintenance, in line with company policies and client directives.

You will manage contracts, oversee budgets and reporting, supervise maintenance programs, support tenant needs, and drive cost-efficiency through capital planning and continuous improvement, while leading the facilities team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Facilities Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of commercial high-rise or campus management experience.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and property operation.
• CMMS/Work Order experience preferred.
• IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other engineering or technical training useful.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across custodial, life-safety, and maintenance.
• Manage contracts, review invoices, and ensure pricing compliance.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions.
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate SLA-driven improvements.
• Prepare budgets, reports and purchase orders; track expenditures.
• Coordinate annual budget and five-year capital planning.
• Lead facilities staff and ensure safety and compliance records.
