Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager in Boston to oversee day-to-day operations across custodial, life-safety, engineering and maintenance. The role also manages contracts, budgets, and capital planning to optimize property performance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in commercial property management, knowledge of CMMS and financial reporting, and relevant certifications. This on-site role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required.
• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required.
• Experience with critical system environments desired.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• CFM, IFMA, BOMA certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across custodial, life-safety, engineering and maintenance.
• Manage contracts, ensure invoices match pricing, and bid as required.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and capital budgets; support five-year plans.
• Ensure site documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
