Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Commercial Facility Manager for a Class A downtown Boston tower and neighboring mixed‑use assets. You will lead and mentor engineers and tradespeople, own facilities and projects, and drive preventive maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires supervision of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment) and adherence to safety and code standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of facility management experience in a high‑rise building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Experience with Desigo and Siemens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of critical building systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and tradespeople to ensure safety, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.
• Drive preventive maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives across Class A and mixed‑use assets.
