Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes; documents in CMMS.
• Maintains and troubleshoots mechanical equipment including motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, heat exchangers, controls.
• Maintains patient care equipment such as beds, wheelchairs, carts and tables.
• Maintains HVAC, refrigerators/freezers, piping, electrical and related systems with minimal guidance.
• Performs grounds, carpentry, painting and snow removal duties as needed.
• Responds to emergencies (leaks, floods, power outages) and coordinates repairs.
• Reads blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
