Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance per codes; document in CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, etc.).
• Maintain patient care equipment where not managed by other departments.
• Maintain mechanical/electrical systems within defined parameters with guidance.
• Respond to emergencies (leaks, fires, outages, etc.) per plans.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
