Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Basic computer skills with CMMS and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with codes and standards and documents in CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, etc.).
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables).
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, piping, electrical and related systems with guidance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Respond to emergencies and leaks, power outages, and equipment failures per plan.
• Read blueprints and manuals to complete assignments.
