Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician at 11917 Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The role supports mechanical and electrical systems, reads blueprints, uses CMMS for documentation, and responds to outages and emergencies. 40 hours per week, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with weekend rotation every 7 weeks and at least one holiday per year.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes; documents in CMMS.
• Basic maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical systems and patient care equipment.
• Responds to emergencies (leaks, floods, outages, fires) and scheduling needs.
• Reads blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
• Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
