Job summary

Five Below seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance budgets, vendor performance, and field operations from our Philadelphia headquarters. You will manage invoicing, prepare monthly project reports, and lead a team of staff and vendors responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.

Develop SOPs, monitor work orders, and ensure cost control while collaborating with store operations, regional leaders, and field teams to optimize service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in building maintenance administration or related construction work.
• Experience in multi-location retail environments desirable.
• Proficient in tracking and reporting projects using computerized systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage PM expense and repair budget and vendor performance; process invoices.
• Prepare monthly reports on special projects and maintain budgets for maintenance costs.
• Supervise staff and vendors for installation, inspection, and maintenance of building systems.
• Create SOPs and monitor work orders across facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
