You will drive strategic supplier partnerships, develop long‑term category strategies, and mentor a team to optimize spend, risk, and performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• It’s required to have a minimum of ten years in a leadership/management role within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong financial acumen with data-driven decision-making and spend analytics.
• Proven ability to lead large projects and manage contracts with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with store growth goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team; deliver performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Identify high-impact sourcing opportunities and negotiate with top suppliers.
• Drive supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration to meet OTIF objectives.
