Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BE S.T. customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms for smooth daily operation.
