Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store manager for our Montgomery County, PA area. The role involves supervising daily store operations, managing associates, and ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining corporate merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing stock flow, displays, opening/closing duties, training, and adherence to Inventory Integrity. Must be 18+, with at least 2 years of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Sets up and maintains store displays and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees operations.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses.
• Executes the market plan and signage per guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is followed.
