Job summary

Five Below in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an experienced store leader to oversee daily operations, guest service, and team performance. You will manage receiving, merchandising, signing, and opening/closing procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and inventory integrity.

As Manager on Duty and part of the store leadership, you will train associates, drive sales, control expenses, and uphold a WOW customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and signage following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening/closing store processes, cash handling, locks, and alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and supports onboarding and training.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines and maintaining inventory integrity.
