Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations across our stores. You will manage budgets, vendors, and a team responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems, ensuring timely completion of work orders.

The role requires strengthening relationships with store ops teams, regional leaders, and district managers while implementing SOPs and cost-control measures across a fast-paced retail network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building maintenance administration or related construction work.
• Experience in a multi-location retail environment.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PM expense and repair budget, vendor performance, and work order flow; approve invoices and maintain budget.
• Supervise staff and vendors installing, inspecting, and maintaining building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Develop SOPs and establish guidelines for department tasks; monitor costs and prepare monthly reports.
