Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or vocational training in electrical/mechanical engineering or plumbing.
• 6 years of work experience in facilities maintenance or engineering services for a hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists maintenance staff in maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment.
• Administers the preventative maintenance program and completes work orders on time.
• Conducts safety training and ensures compliance with fire and safety inspections.
• Meets with vendors to discuss scope and pricing; obtains pricing/bids as directed.
• Assists with hiring, training, and performance evaluations for maintenance staff.
