Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; extensive experience may be considered in lieu.
• Experience with Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA) to identify root causes affecting semiconductor processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance group (plumbers, electricians, sheet metal) to ensure uptime and compliance.
• Supervise multiple craft groups and prioritize work orders for minimal production impact.
• Troubleshoot facility systems; monitor SPC alerts and ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Coordinate with engineering, EHS, and operations for fab performance and expansion.
• Provide on-call leadership for off-hour line stops and critical failures.
