Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled maintenance worker to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across facilities. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks and assist with drills and safety checks.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and roughly 1 year of related experience, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, in a corporate or shared office setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and monthly checks.
• Repair minor facility issues and respond to FIX requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds and facilities lighting as needed.
• Collaborate with team during renovations or upgrades.
• Report issues to Maintenance Supervisor and document progress.
