Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facilities Maintenance worker to perform routine building upkeep, minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, and general maintenance across commercial facilities. The role includes testing systems, keeping accurate maintenance records, and contributing to preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities also cover cleaning, lighting maintenance, and assisting with equipment like pumps, motors, and HVAC components, with supervision from the Property Manager

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general building and grounds maintenance practices and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with little supervision.
• Ability to learn by on-the-job training.
• Awareness of safety precautions in trades involved.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine building maintenance activities and minor plumbing/electrical/carpentry repairs.
• Inspects and tests systems, records maintenance per schedules, and assists with preventive maintenance.
• Repairs lighting, pumps, fans, valves, motors and related equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes facilities, manages supplies, and oversees contract services as needed.
• Assists with moving and arranging office furniture and participating in project tasks.
