Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a seasoned Construction Management/Inspection professional for facilities projects in New York. You will oversee projects from scope through completion, ensure work aligns with contract documents, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.

The role requires 10+ years of construction experience, a related degree, and strong leadership. TN visa is not typical; relocation and benefits are offered with a competitive salary and ESOP structure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in construction related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architectural or related field (highly desired).
• Professional Engineer License or CCM preferred.
• Experience with city, county, state or federal government agencies.
• Experience managing multidiscipline project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management oversight during all phases of the project.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project scopes.
• Coordinate and interface with the client and project team.
• Prepare bid packages and assist with contractor procurement.
• Recruitment and development of CM staff.
