Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering/project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and subconsultant coordination.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; client-facing capabilities.
• Business development experience and ability to market growth opportunities.
• Experience with multi-discipline project teams and various delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-dollar, complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with disciplines and subconsultants to define scope and fee.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and prepare status reports.
• Mentor and guide project teams; support Section Heads and Practice Leaders.
• Assist with marketing, proposals, and win-strategy development.
