Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Experience with local county/state clients.
• Professional license or applicable certification.
• Experience with multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to define project scope and fee.
• Develops project management and quality plans.
• Creates and maintains project schedules.
• Manages subconsultants and project resources.
• Monitors progress, mitigates risks, and manages change.
• Communicates status to stakeholders and leads client engagements.
• Supports marketing through proposals, interviews, and win strategies.
