Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Construction Management/Inspection - Facilities role in New York, NY. The project manager will oversee educational projects, ensure contract adherence, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and the project team across all phases.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• 10+ years as Construction Project Manager; preference for 5+ years on K-12 projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architectural or related field.
• CCM or PMP certification; LEED AP certification.
• Experience with multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM-Build, P3).

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management oversight during all project phases.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare cost estimates and bid packages; assist with contractor procurement.
• Coordinate with client and project team; manage sub-consultants and resources.
• Develop and implement project QA programs; oversee staff.
• Review contractor invoicing and support marketing proposals.
