• 10+ years of experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and professional communication.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management plans for assigned projects.
• Provide construction management oversight during all phases of the project.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets and track variances.
• Develop QA programs and coordinate with sub-consultants.
• Coordinate with client and project team; participate in client presentations.
• Prepare bid packages and assist with procurement.
• Oversee and manage staff and marketing proposals.
