A leading consulting firm based in New York is seeking a Construction Management/Inspection professional. You will be responsible for providing construction management oversight for various projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in a construction-related field and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. The position offers a salary range of $160,000.00 to $200,000.00 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management oversight during all phases of the project.
• Develop Project Management Plans (PMP) for assigned projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets.
