CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Site Manager to lead our specialized technical operations within critical facilities. You will supervise skilled engineers, manage vendor networks, and ensure uptime and safety across complex data center infrastructure.

The role demands hands-on data center experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to guide teams, budgets, and projects while maintaining CBRE's high standards of operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of relevant data center/ facilities experience.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Proven leadership, staffing, coaching, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and oversee recruitment and training.
• Schedule daily activities, assign tasks, and cross-train team members.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicans, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and pursue operational efficiencies.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures.
• Review quotes and manage vendor relationships and invoicing.
• Lead by example and drive CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and process issues.
