Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staff development, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and performance.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Serve as client single point of contact with stakeholders.
• Ensure completion of PMs and repairs within the SLA timeframe.
• Oversee IT power installations, relocations, and decommissions.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for executive review.
• Lead by example and drive process improvements across the team.
