Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior business systems analyst to drive end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-wide health care solutions. The role partners with business clients and technology teams to translate complex needs into scalable designs.

You will lead design efforts, perform systems analysis, and mentor junior staff while working in a hybrid model with Durham headquarters as a base. Strong payer systems and Trizetto Facets knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and /or claims required.
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and influence the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex technical solutions.
• Elaborate business requirements into functional designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Conduct systems analyses to validate designs and ensure end-to-end quality of the product.
• Prioritize requirements through negotiation and release management.
• Create and document functional designs and ensure traceability across systems.
• Lead and mentor less experienced staff to mature the practice.
