Job summary

Blue Cross NC seeks a senior business/solutions analyst to lead end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise health care solutions. You will translate business needs into technical specifications and guide sessions with clients and technology partners.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s or advanced degree (or 10+ years of related experience); Trizetto Facets enrollment/billing/claims experience; and strong knowledge of payer systems and enrollment processing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims required.
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and influence the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex technical solutions with design documents and risk assessment.
• Elaborate business requirements into functional designs that are enterprise oriented.
• Conduct systems analysis to validate designs and create functional designs aligned with architecture.
• Prioritize requirements through negotiation and release management techniques.
