Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior business systems analyst to drive end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-wide solutions. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, work with cross-domain partners, and ensure traceability across design documents and coverage areas.

The role requires strong experience in payer systems, Trizetto Facets, and complex enrollment workflows, with hybrid-flex work options and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required where specified.
• 8+ years of experience in related field or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims experience required.
• Strong knowledge of payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of complex technical solutions with design documents and risk analysis.
• Elaborate business requirements into enterprise functional designs and traceability artifacts.
• Conduct systems analysis to validate designs and ensure alignment with enterprise process architecture.
• Prioritize requirements through negotiation and release management techniques.
• Create and document functional designs of business solutions and assess enterprise impacts.
• Lead and mentor staff to mature the practice.
