Job summary

Hutch Auto Group in Paintsville, KY is seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Group Finance Manager to lead the F&I office. You will guide customers through financing, structure and close deals with lenders, and present finance, warranty, and aftermarket products while ensuring compliant, accurate documentation.

The role offers a path to $150,000+ performance-based income, health insurance, PTO, employee vehicle/service discounts, and career advancement within a locally owned dealership

Qualifications

• F&I experience in automotive dealerships.
• Proven ability to structure and close deals.
• Strong knowledge of financing and lender programs.
• Experience presenting finance, warranty, and aftermarket products.
• Understanding of dealership compliance and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Track record of professionalism and results.
• Ability to work with Sales, Management, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the financing and F&I process from approval to delivery.
• Structure and close deals with lenders to secure financing.
• Present and sell finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products.
• Ensure contracts, funding, and compliance are accurate.
• Maintain lender and dealer partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Management to move deals quickly.
• Deliver a professional, transparent customer experience.
• Follow dealership policies and state/federal regulations.
