You will manage new and used vehicle inventory, set sales and gross profit goals, and lead campaigns to maximize Ford incentives while delivering a transparent, customer-focused buying experience. This role offers strong earning potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive sales / sales management experience.
• Proven track record of sales and team leadership.
• Strong coaching, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle inventory, gross profit, and dealership operations.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop the sales team.
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales and gross profit goals.
• Deliver a fair, transparent, and exceptional customer buying experience.
• Manage new and used vehicle inventory, merchandising, and sales campaigns.
• Maximize Ford factory incentives and sales programs.
• Monitor salesperson productivity, CSI, and performance.
• Partner with F&I, Service, and Parts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing, advertising, and dealership requirements.
• Manage department expenses and report results to the General Manager.
