Hutch Auto Group is seeking a proven Sales Manager for Hutch Ford in Paintsville, KY to lead the sales team and grow profitability while delivering a fair, transparent buying experience.

You will drive annual and monthly unit sales, manage inventory and promotions, and oversee Ford incentive programs, reporting to the General Manager. This role emphasizes strong leadership and strategic customer-focused execution.

Qualificações

• Equivalent combination of education and automotive sales experience.
• Four+ years of automotive sales experience, including supervisory or sales management preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proven track record of sales performance and team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, staff, and develop the sales team: hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor performance.
• Champion the customer buying experience: ensure fair, transparent, and timely treatment from contact to delivery.
• Build relationships through New Owner Clinics and follow-up to drive repeat and referral business.
• Establish and drive annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profit, expenses, and profit.
• Manage new and used vehicle inventory: order, acquire, and oversee merchandising and promotion.
• Administer Ford factory-sponsored sales programs and incentives to maximize participation.
• Analyze market data and sales reports to identify customer needs and volume potential.
• Control department expenditures and report performance to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with F&I, service, and parts to ensure a seamless buying journey.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and dealer advertising regulations.
• Attend management meetings and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
