Qualifications

• A demonstrated ability to structure and close deals.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs.
• Experience presenting finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products.
• Strong understanding of dealership compliance and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A track record of professionalism, integrity, and results.
• The ability to work effectively with Sales, Management, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the financing and F&I process from approval to delivery.
• Structure and close deals while working with lenders to secure competitive financing.
• Present and sell finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products.
• Ensure accurate contracts, documentation, funding, and compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership partners.
• Work closely with Sales and Management to move deals efficiently.
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive customer experience.
• Follow dealership policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.
