Job summary

White Lodging, a leading hospitality operator, seeks an experienced restaurant/hospitality leader to run upscale hotel dining operations. You will oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen functions, driving guest satisfaction and premium service across shifts.

You will manage P&L, payroll, and scheduling while mentoring a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Opportunities span multiple properties in Denver area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food & beverage operations in upscale hotel settings.
• Ability to manage P&L, labor, and cost controls to drive profitability.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and development of hotel staff.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Proven ability to elevate guest experience and service quality.
• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations across shifts to ensure guest satisfaction and quality.
• Ensure compliance with procedures to maintain a premium dining environment.
• Lead daily management duties including P&L oversight, financial reporting, payroll, and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop the team to deliver upscale food and beverage service.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced hotel dining setting.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create memorable dining experiences.
