Job summary

Highgate Hotels L.P. is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager for the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ.

You will coordinate and direct all F&B outlet operations, supervise staff, and drive profitability while maintaining high quality and service standards. Responsibilities include maximizing guest satisfaction, coordinating with other F&B managers, and ensuring adherence to liquor laws and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with all staff and guests.
• Strong listening and comprehension to address concerns promptly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Approach all interactions with courtesy and service orientation.
• Participate in hotel meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain consistent attendance per Highgate Hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues.
• Monitor Loss Prevention in the outlet and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure training on SOPs and technical tasks, and conduct staff performance reviews.
