Job summary

Kimpton Miralina Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily outlet operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage budgets, payroll, reports, and quality control while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on supervision during meal periods and active participation in training and promotions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily F&B outlet operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and timely response to complaints.
• Collaborate with other F&B managers to address issues.
• Monitor payroll, revenue, and schedules and prepare reports.
• Coordinate loss prevention activities within the outlet.
• Assist in menu planning and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and training on SOPs.
• Support corporate promotions and outlet standards.
• Be present on the floor during service periods.
