• 10 years of experience in employee relations/investigations in HRBP, Employee Relations Advisory, or employment law.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute thorough and timely investigations and grievance resolution for complex, sensitive policy violations involving Google's extended workforce.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert tracking risk landscape and escalating non-compliance to stakeholders like xWS and Employment Legal.
• Mitigate co-employment and xWS risks by reviewing highly-flagged issues and collaborating on corrective action recommendations.
• Influence executive leaders to strengthen awareness and compliance within their teams regarding co-employment risk and contingent workforce management best practices.
• Leverage investigation data to inform training and program improvements across the Extended Workforce organization.
