Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in employee relations/investigations in HRBP, Employee Relations Advisory, or employment law contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute investigations and grievance resolution for complex policy violations involving Google's extended workforce.
• Serve as SME by tracking risk landscape, escalating non-compliance to stakeholders.
• Mitigate co-employment and xWS risks by reviewing issues and advising corrective actions.
• Influence executives on compliance and best practices for contingent workforce management.
• Use data to inform policy guidance, training, and program improvements.
