Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in employee relations/investigations in either an HRBP role, Employee Relations Advisory role, or as employment law counsel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute thorough investigations and grievance resolution for complex policy violations involving Google's extended workforce.
• Serve as SME by tracking risk landscape and escalating policy non-compliance to stakeholders.
• Mitigate co-employment and xWS risks by reviewing flagged issues and advising corrective actions.
• Influence executives on strengthening awareness and compliance within teams regarding co-employment risk.
• Use data to inform risk mitigation initiatives and drive program improvements across Extended Workforce.
