Job summary

Google in the United States is seeking an experienced professional for the Extended Workforce Investigations (xWI) team to oversee complex investigations involving Google's extended workforce and to reinforce policy compliance across a global footprint.

The role partners with xWS, Employment Legal, and other investigative teams to mitigate risk, drive fair treatment, and strengthen co-employment controls and enterprise governance. Competitive compensation included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in employee relations/investigations in HRBP, Employee Relations Advisory, or employment-law roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct thorough investigations and grievance resolutions for the extended workforce.
• Act as SME, monitor risk landscape, escalate policy non-compliance to stakeholders.
• Mitigate co-employment and xWS risks, review highly-flagged issues, implement corrective actions.
• Persuade executives on compliance improvements within their teams for contingent workforce management.
• Utilize data to inform strategic risk mitigation and training programs across Extended Workforce.
